Donation Terms for Rescate Huella Gatuna
Thank you very much for wanting to help the cats in our shelter! With your donation, you provide stray animals with a safe place, medical care, and a chance at a loving home.
When you donate to us, the following simple terms apply:
Where does your money go? Your money goes directly towards the care of the animals. This includes food, beds, medication, and veterinary costs. We also use the funds for passports and transporting the animals to their new owners.
No refunds: Donations are voluntary, and we use the funds immediately for the animals. Therefore, as a general rule, we cannot refund donations. Did you make a typo regarding the amount by mistake? Please contact us within 14 days at webmaster@rescatehuellagatuna.eu
Canceling monthly donations: Do you support us with a monthly donation? That’s wonderful! Of course, you can stop doing so at any time. While we would certainly be sorry to see you go, the choice is entirely yours.
Your privacy: We handle your data responsibly in accordance with privacy laws (GDPR). We use your name and email address solely for our own records and to thank you. We never sell your data to third parties.
